Both leagues’ top 12s are unchanged, with Jacksonville and Carolina still setting the pace at 94.
Jacksonville remains the NFL Power Index’s No. 1 at 94, ahead of San Francisco at 86.7; no team in the top 12 rose or fell because every club held its previous rank. Carolina keeps the NHL crown at 94, 3.9 points ahead of Minnesota’s 90.1, with no movement in the hockey top 12 either. The Hurricanes backed up that standing with a 9-2 rout of Chicago last night. The NFL has 13 games scheduled today, while the NHL has six.
