New Orleans brings a better record and a fresh overtime win into Wednesday’s home matchup with Utah, which is still searching for answers.

The Pelicans host the Jazz Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 8 p.m. ET, with New Orleans at 3-4 and 16th in the power index against Utah’s 1-6 mark and 30th-place ranking. New Orleans is coming off Monday’s 135-134 overtime win over Memphis, while Utah lost 119-97 to San Antonio. Zion Williamson has 149 points in seven games for the Pelicans; Utah’s Keyonte George has 137 points and 38 assists, but also a team-high 27 turnovers. Utah averages 107 points per game, and its ability to protect the ball and contain Williamson will be central against a New Orleans offense averaging 121.9 points. The Jazz will also be without Jaren Jackson Jr., so New Orleans can press its scoring advantage while Utah needs George’s playmaking to produce cleaner possessions.
